It was exceptional value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they realised we English couldn't live without our teamaking , a machine was quickly installed in our room. Room service was daily and the towels changed. Altogether the cleanliness was impeccable. An amazing breakfast was available at a very cheap rate . There was a huge choice. A very clever fresh orange juice machine was installed which peeled and extracted the juice on the spot. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. We were able to enjoy free WiFi. We loved being in a small town totally immersed in Spanish culture Restaurants were pretty good especially Nonos which was closest to the hotel. Plenty of snack bars and Chinese emporiums. The beach was stunning and totally uncommercialised.

We had been robbed on the motorway 20 mins before arriving at hotel. The duty receptionist, Beatrix Dominguez, advised we go straight to the police. Her English was excellent so she phoned and explained what had happened. She calmed me down, was extra caring and kind and she made what was a horrible experience more bearable. My husband and I can't thank her enough for being 'her' as she is such an asset to the hotel. We wish this lovely young lady the very successful career she deserves.

Everything was perfect room are clean and they comming everyday to change the bed and towels . Staff is verry kind and helpfull . Antonio from the reception is a really sweet , kind and patient guy. And the other staff too . everyone was polite and friendly and made us feel good

Nice and pleasant staff, speaking good English. Hotel clean and tidy, well located close to many local bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a good stay.
